Hybrid Edge Immersion - Mornington Peninsula Retreat

$0.00

Over three days and two nights, we use the athlete as the starting point ~ combining hard training with coaching, leadership, identity and somatic work designed to explore how the qualities you’ve built through sport can transfer into the rest of your life.

Expect 2–3 training sessions each day, balanced with workshops, conversations and space to recover. We’ll train hard, get into the hot springs, eat incredible food prepared by our private chef and spend three days with a deliberately small group of athletes who are interested in exploring an edge that goes beyond physical performance.

This isn’t about becoming more disciplined, resilient or motivated.

You’ve probably already built more of those qualities than you realise.

It’s about closing the gap between the person you intellectually believe you are and the person your behaviour proves you are.

THE FOUNDING COHORT

Our first Hybrid Edge Retreat runs on the Mornington Peninsula from 13–15 November 2026.

This is intentionally not an open checkout. The group will be small and curated, so we’re taking applications for the Founding Cohort.

And if you’re training for Melbourne HYROX in December, the timing is deliberate. The retreat lands at a point in your training block where three days of high-quality volume can provide a strong training stimulus before you move toward your final race preparation and taper.

But you absolutely do not need to be racing HYROX — or any event — to belong here. Because the edge we're interested in isn't just how much faster, stronger or fitter you can become.

It’s what happens when you become as willing to discover what your life is capable of as you are to discover what your body is capable of.

If that question hits something in you, apply for the Founding Cohort.
